"In her personality I found her to be genuinely patient, loving, caring, and gentle with our newborn. In her work I found her to be talented, artistic and professional. She had everything prepared for our arrival, with multiple backdrops and props already set up and ready to go. She had a variety of lovely materials selected, from delicately knitted blankets and scarves, to sweet bonnets, to snuggly stuffed animals. Rivka spent a great deal of time making sure the bonnets fit perfectly, that the bow and strings laid gently across our son’s chest, and that his hands wrapped around his stuffed animals in a cute and cuddly manner. She never lost patience when he started to become a little fussy towards the end of the session, and simply waited for him to relax again before continuing her work. Rivka’s home studio is sunny, lovely and clean, with a couch for parents to relax, a changing table ready for quick diapering, and dozens of adorable props to work with. I had my images emailed to me not long after our session, and they are absolutely lovely.
